Hi, my name is Marianne, and I am happy to have this opportunity to help you in your efforts to find a new home, or in helping you sell your existing home. I have been a Realtor in Clovis since 1994 after my husband was transferred here with the U.S. Air Force. We decided to stay in Clovis after his retirement because it is an outstanding place to live and work. The people are friendly, and the weather is relatively mild year-round.

First things first. I don't believe in sales pitches; I believe in straight-forward explanations. You are smart enough to make your own decisions as long as you have all the information needed to take everything into consideration. Hiding facts, providing misleading information, or failing to disclose information will not help you find the right home or sell the one you have. They won't help me earn an income either. There are many bad stereotypes of real estate agents, and I work very hard to ensure you realize they don't apply to all agents, especially not to me.

I take a lot of pride in my work. I want no one to ever accuse me of being sloppy or not caring. I will not tell you what you want to hear just to get a listing or a sale, nor will I make up an answer to fit the occasion. If I do not already know the answer, I will find out for you. I originally became a Realtor because I enjoyed helping people, and that is the principle reason I remain in this business.
